You can find Old Marylebone Town Hall behind a screen of Corinthian columns on Marylebone Road. The Edwardian Grade II-listed building looks serene amongst the passing traffic in front of it. Once you walk through the doors, the noise of the city falls away, and you are treated to gorgeous oak panelling, deep plasterwork, and marble finishes. This allows your special day to develop its own unhurried rhythm.
If you know my work, you'll know that I love photographing country houses. This city location is a natural London counterpart.

I’d love to hear from you if you’re seeking wedding photography services at Old Marylebone Town Hall. Let’s work together to create a quiet sense of occasion. Get in touch and I’ll forward you everything you need to know.
How I Work Here
I plan for short and concise registry weddings accordingly. My work is always real-time, photographing your ceremony as it happens without distractions or interruptions. I look for opportunities to take advantage of pauses while allowing the calm, serene backdrop to do the heavy lifting. You can have photos taken at the stone steps, marble staircase or in any of the intimate spaces at the venue without having to direct me.
The Stone Steps
The stone steps are among my most-loved features at Old Marylebone Town Hall. It’s one of the reasons the venue is so famous. Knowing the schedule for these is essential for proper photography. The steps empty and refill on a schedule, so a photographer like me who understands the rhythm is essential. I gather up your guests as you reach the doors so all you need to do is walk out onto them and enjoy the moment.
Marble Staircase
Old Marylebone’s Town Hall’s marble staircase is the centrepiece of the venue. It offers incredible curves and frame, making it ideal for wedding photography. Yes, it’s grand, but it also captures the light beautifully, allowing me to create studio-style photography without having to add additional lighting of my own. A few minutes here and shots come out beautifully.
Ceremony Rooms
Old Marylebone Town Hall has several ceremony rooms, each named for a corner of the borough. I love these spaces because they change how I work. Knightsbridge and Mayfair rooms are contemporary and lighter, while Pimlico, Soho and Paddington are smaller and more intimate. The Westminster Room is the grandest of all with its floor-to-ceiling windows and walnut panelling - perfect for impressive shots. When I work in the smaller rooms, I stay still and quiet, managing with the light the windows give me. In the larger rooms, I take advantage of the grand ballroom-like spaces, moving effectively to deliver unique perspectives.
